Led the strategic improvement of the onboarding experience by orchestrating collaboration workshops with key stakeholders, conducting comprehensive usability testing, and directing the prioritization of the product roadmap. This strategic leadership resulted in a notable increase in the adoption of multiple products by new users.

Navigated business, compliance, and operational requirements to elevate the onboarding user experience across 35 countries, demonstrating a keen ability to balance diverse needs. This led to a 46% increase in the registration completion rate and a 10% uplift in the first transaction rate.

Designed and tested a modular activation component for both web and mobile applications, while also providing support throughout its implementation. This initiative boosted prepaid card activation by 27% and significantly improved Google and Apple Pay usage.
