To implement new changes quickly, we had to limit ourselves to designing system components. However, we planed to offer new components in subsequent iterations.

However, after gathering data, we found out that the previous solution was not helpful for merchants and did not increase the rate of first transactions or card activations.

Sasha is an excellent Product Designer. I admire her knowledge of business, data, and strategy and how she applies this knowledge from a user-centric perspective. I noticed these skills in her work on Modular Activation and Onboarding. I'd also highlight her skills in running workshops and design sprints, as I saw in the NBA initiative and her hack weeks' participation. Lastly, Sasha is a fantastic communicator. She explains her work excellently when presenting it and gives valuable feedback when I share my work with her. I'm grateful for working with Sasha! She's also a great inspiration to me and significantly impacted my work when sharing her previous work with Card Activation initiatives. I learn a lot from her, and it helps me develop myself.
